queen of hearts...

Digging in the fabric box this weekend to create a little collection of fabric hearts that I have used in a few different ways. The idea came from wanting to create a mobile. Something shabby chic, with lots of pretty beads to string from it. The canvas and fabric hearts were each created using a simple pattern cut from cardstock, freehand and stuffed with a little poly-fill. Created a heart for a card, a brooch (which I added to the tag below) and three hearts that are strung from the mobile.Card Supplies: Papertey Ink (stamp, ink, button), DCWV (paper), October Afternoon (paper), The Girls Paperie (paper), Precious Remembrance (stamps), tags, fabric, heart, vintage sheet music, vintage button, stick pin.

Tag Supplies: Piggy Tales (chipboard frame), The Girls Paperie (paper), vintage sheet music, brooch, heart, chipboard, Sizzix (circle die), fabric.

Mobile Supplies: fabric, beads, Pink Paislee (jewels), Melissa Frances (jewel), embroidery hoop, thread, hearts.

Hope you are enjoying your Sunday! Busy, busy bee around my craft room today and so much to share this week...yeah! Also, just a reminder that I will be posting in my Etsy shop this coming weekend.
